Further, when tracking progress in numerous source boards, you can select ‘collapse all groups’ after clicking the three dots beside the group name. This will give you a nice overview of the progress of that group’s items.

By setting up a few automations in monday.com, you can track when a task is created and completed. When an item is created or a person is assigned to a task, simply set the creation date column to today. You can even include the time when a task is created or assigned. Similarly, when a task is marked as done, you can set the completion date column to the present day and time.
